How do I track my custom order?
Once your board enters the "Shipped" stage, a tracking number from DHL or FedEx will be added to your profile. You can view all live updates in the Account Dashboard.
What is the crafting cycle time?
Each board is handcrafted. The standard production time is 14-21 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 7-10 days depending on your location.
Is there a professional warranty?
Yes. Every DesignYourSUP board comes with a 3-year professional warranty covering seams, valves, and print durability under normal use conditions.
Can I cancel my order after design approval?
Because each board is custom-made to your unique art, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, before the materials are cut.

01. Design Verification
Our studio team manually checks your artwork for resolution (150+ DPI) and print safety zones.
02. MSL Lamination
High-pressure thermal bonding of the layers and direct UV printing on the PVC surface.
03. Hand-Assembly
Manual gluing of the rails and installation of high-pressure valves and fin boxes.
04. 72h Pressure Test
Every board is inflated to 20 PSI and monitored for 3 days to ensure 100% airtight integrity.
05. Global Dispatch
The board is packed into its premium bag and shipped via our EU-hub directly to you.
